Appointments
If you are interested in meeting with me, you can book your appointment on line. Just click the Book Now button at the left of this screen. You will be able to see available appointment times. The system will require that you create an account with a user name and password in order to keep your information confidential and secure. Once you have set your appointment, please be sure to fill out the on line biographical form as well. You will then receive an email with forms that you need to print and complete and bring to your first appointment. I will also call you once you book your first appointment, just to touch base and confirm everything with you.
